Inspiration for my stories

Capturing the innocence and joy of childhood, with images of children playing hand games by the sea, smiling with birds, and riding in a supermarket trolley. My two children were my inspiration for my characters but also I reflect on my own childhood. The image of Cameron with the birds has inspired my third book. The image from my first book reminds me of my childhood shopping with my mother.
